2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Payment can be made through the methods specified on our website
• All prices are quoted in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

2.3 Booking Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email once your reservation is confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Guest

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount
• No-Show: Failure to check-in without prior cancellation will result in full charge

3.2 Cancellation by Kabir Luxury Lodge

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation options.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 15:00
• Check-out Time: 11:00
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in

5. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest of Kabir Luxury Lodge, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Comply with all house rules and policies
• Respect other guests and staff
• Take care of the property and its contents
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
• Not smoke in non-smoking areas
• Report any damages or issues immediately to management

6. Liability and Damages

6.1 Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the payment method on file.

6.2 Our Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Kabir Luxury Lodge is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries sustained on the premises (unless due to our negligence)
• Interruptions in services due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

8. Intellectual Property
